Dick has over thirty-five years of combined experience as a business owner and business psychologist. He has worked with a broad range of organizations including Fortune 100 companies, family-owned businesses, public and private sector manufacturing, consumer products companies, financial institutions, healthcare organizations, and other service-based businesses, including organizations of international and global scope.

The range of his professional activities includes executive and management assessments for development and selection, executive and management team-building, organizational assessment and development, acquisition risk management, executive coaching and on-boarding, and leadership succession planning.

His coaching experience includes developmental, career, performance, role transition, and specific issue coaching with a broad spectrum of top executives and middle managers across many diverse industries.

Team-building activities have ranged from the Board level through middle management levels. Acquisition risk management activities have addressed both U.S. and international company acquisitions.

Dick is a licensed psychologist with a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology (Marquette University, 1976). He brings to clients a wealth of experience, and a dedication to delivering high value to clients that has direct business impact.
